Logistics Specialist EFZ

The Procurement + Logistics (P&L) department sees itself as a service provider that ensures the optimal supply and cost-effective procurement of the required materials, services, and goods. It is thus an important interface to suppliers and makes a significant contribution to the hospital's supply security.

What to expect

• You are responsible for goods receipt and dispatch as well as picking and provision of all goods for the supply of 4 hospitals
• You receive the goods, carry out proper quality and quantity checks, book and store the goods in the correct storage location
• You pick using mobile data collection devices, ensuring that every customer is served with the correct goods and quantities
• You are responsible for inventory activities, controls, and handling of return shipments, quality reports, and complaints
• You also perform tasks related to warehouse management, cleaning of storage and transport containers
• You work during the day between 06:00 and 17:00, and in exceptional cases, you may be required to work on Saturdays

What you bring

• You have completed training as a Logistics Specialist EFZ, preferably from industry, hold a category B driving licence, and have good SAP/R3 and PC Office user skills
• You appreciate supportive teamwork, bring initiative, and have an independent, reliable working style
• You are flexible and versatile (warehouse/dispatch, picking, modular cabinet logistics) and possess a high level of concentration
• A strong sense of responsibility and quality awareness as well as good organisational skills complete your profile
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, are required
• You enjoy training apprentices or new employees
