Who are we?

GTS SA is a photovoltaic installation company active throughout French-speaking Switzerland, with around 65 employees. We carry out solar installations for individuals, businesses and communities, from single-family homes to large industrial roofs, including storage, charging stations and self-consumption communities.

To support our growth, we are looking for a photovoltaic project manager.

Your mission

You manage a portfolio of solar projects from contract signing to completion, ensuring deadlines, quality, safety and profitability. You are the sole contact for our clients throughout the implementation.

• Prepare projects: technical study, budget, schedule, equipment orders.
• Handle procedures: municipal authorisations, network operators, Pronovo, OIBT inspections.
• Coordinate AC/DC installation teams and subcontractors, monitor sites.
• Organise commissioning, acceptance and file closure.
• Monitor costs, amendments and invoicing of your projects.

Your profile

• Electrician CFC with higher education, ES technician, HES engineer or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years’ experience in project management in photovoltaics, electricity or construction.
• Good knowledge of PV installations and the Swiss framework (NIBT, OIBT, Pronovo).
• Organised, autonomous person, comfortable managing several projects simultaneously and with IT tools.
• Fluent French, German is an asset.
• Driving licence B essential.
