Responsibilities:
You further develop M365 platforms, especially Exchange Online and security policies
You operate Teams telephony and ensure stable voice connectivity
You maintain the local AD structure and its cloud connection
You automate with PowerShell and resolve complex M365 support cases
Qualifications:
You have training in computer science (HF/FH) and 3-5 years of M365 experience
You are very familiar with Exchange Online, M365 Security, Teams, and PowerShell
You bring experience in AD and ideally Azure AD administration
You speak very good German and confidently read technical documentation in English
