Your mission

• Provide basic care and delegated medical-technical acts in compliance with good professional practices.
• Support residents in daily life activities by promoting their autonomy and well-being.
• Observe the physical and mental health status of beneficiaries and relay relevant information to the care team.
• Participate in the development, monitoring, and adaptation of individualised support plans.
• Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and caring environment for residents and their relatives.
• Actively participate in the continuity and improvement of care services.

Your profile

• Holder of a ASSC Federal VET Diploma or an equivalent recognised qualification in Switzerland.
• Proven experience in care.
• Experience in adult psychiatry is a real asset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a sense of listening and empathy.
• Ability to manage complex situations calmly and professionally.
• Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and autonomy at work.
• Good command of spoken and written French.
