About the job
For over 60 years, the Claire Magnin Foundation has cared for those in need. Within its 7 establishments (EMS and EPSM), 400 collaborators commit daily with rigour and sincerity to people in vulnerable situations.
Here, we question, experiment, and dare to evolve practices to continuously improve. We are convinced: skills are essential, but it is above all personalities and commitment that make the difference.
Joining the Claire Magnin Foundation means choosing an environment where people truly come first, supported by a close-knit and cheerful team, in one of the most beautiful regions of French-speaking Switzerland.
If this resonates with you, then let’s meet!
Are you motivated, versatile, and wish to contribute to the smooth running of an establishment while respecting current safety, hygiene, and legal standards? Do you care about creating a safe, suitable, and caring environment for residents? Join our team at the Claire Magnin Foundation and become a link in the residents’ well-being by adopting an approach inspired by Montessori principles.
Here, you join a close interdisciplinary team where mutual support and collaboration truly make a difference every day.
It’s time to move to a profession that really matters!
