Your mission:
Within the Quality Assurance department, you actively contribute to maintaining and improving the Quality Management System. A true partner to the production, laboratory, and product development teams, you ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and good practices throughout the product lifecycle.
Your responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements applicable to the company.
- Manage deviations, customer complaints, non-conformities, investigations, and associated action plans.
- Participate in the implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Write, review, and approve quality documentation (SOPs, instructions, forms, procedures).
- Monitor CAPA and verify their effectiveness.
- Participate in internal audits, supplier audits, and regulatory inspections.
- Support operational teams in applying good quality practices.
- Participate in supplier qualification and quality risk assessment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects and the development of quality culture within the company.
- Monitor quality indicators and propose optimisation actions.
Your profile:
- Higher education in chemistry, biology, cosmetics, pharmacy, or an equivalent scientific field.
- Experience in Quality Assurance within a regulated environment (cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, fine chemicals, or food industry).
- Good knowledge of quality standards.
- Strong writing skills and excellent command of quality documentation.
- Analytical mindset, rigour, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with different departments.
- Fluency in French; knowledge of English is an asset.
- Proactive personality, solution-oriented and focused on continuous improvement.
