ERP Application Owner (m/f/d)

In this role, you actively contribute to providing IT services according to demand and thus meeting high requirements at all times. You take responsibility for continuously questioning and further developing existing solutions to increase the quality and efficiency of IT services. As an ICT Business Engineer, you ensure that IT and business are optimally aligned and that the technical solutions correspond to the actual needs. You use your expertise to analyse processes, identify improvement potentials and implement appropriate measures. Through your commitment, you make a significant contribution to the continuous optimisation of the entire IT landscape.
Responsibilities:
- You develop applications and interfaces in the environment of the standard ERP system and the intranet platform or portal software
- In this role, you introduce new functions and processes in the ERP, intranet and other business applications
- As an ICT Business Engineer, you accompany updates and release changes
- You take over the analysis of malfunctions in first and second level support
- In this role, you optimise business and administrative processes by adapting existing software
- As an ICT Business Engineer, you contribute to the introduction of new software for process optimisation
Qualifications:
- You have a completed computer science or equivalent education (e.g. business informatics), ideally with experience in the ERP area
- You have experience with business processes and their optimisation through the use of IT tools
- You bring practical experience in analysis and software development around ERP systems and intranet platforms
- You understand professional and technical concepts and can design and implement them together with the specialist departments
- You work in a structured and analytical manner, with high commitment, initiative and convincing can-do qualities
- You are fluent in German (written and spoken) and have English skills, as well as being resilient, flexible, a team player, honest and loyal
