We are looking for our client, located in Yverdon, for a:
Purchasing Assistant -
Junior Product Coordinator 80%-100% fr/ger/eng
Responsibilities :
- Managing calls for tenders with partners and new suppliers
- Preparing client presentations (selling story) in German and French
- Managing and coordinating the administration of product launches
- Participating in monitoring and analysing the Swiss market
- Coordinating the introduction of new products with clients and suppliers
- Support for the Product Manager
- Researching new products and suppliers during trips in Europe (food fairs, store checks...) in collaboration with the Product Manager
Profile :
- Professional maturity or Bachelor’s degree in business management or economics or equivalent
- 2-3 years of professional experience in marketing sectors, Category Management or purchasing (food sector or retail)
- Very good knowledge of common IT tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Very good knowledge of English (minimum C1 level)
- Very good knowledge of German (minimum B2 diploma)
- Travel abroad in Europe, once a month
- Stable, trustworthy, customer-oriented, conscientious and autonomous
