About the job
Your Responsibilities
- As an Executive Assistant (m/f/x), you support the Management in the daily management of the company’s activities while contributing to the implementation of the organisation’s strategy,
- You actively participate in strategic projects (organisational and technical developments), coordinate and monitor the objectives and performance indicators of key projects,
- You contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes, manage sensitive information related to strategy, finance and human resources, and ensure compliance with confidentiality and regulatory requirements,
- You manage and optimise the Management’s schedules, communications, business travel and priorities to ensure effective time management and high responsiveness,
- You organise and coordinate strategic meetings, management events, site visits, conferences and interactions with stakeholders, ensuring flawless execution,
- You draft documents such as correspondence, presentations, reports, meeting minutes and internal communications, in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders,
- You coordinate cross-functional activities with various departments, external partners and Group entities to foster collaboration,
- You oversee various administrative and operational activities, including budget monitoring, contract management, ERP-related tasks as well as various translations.
Your Profile
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, project management or a similar field,
- You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience as an executive assistant; project management experience is a plus,
- You are fluent in French and English and have a good knowledge of German,
- You are proficient in the MS Office suite and have good knowledge of an ERP system,
- You are an organised, flexible person with good prioritisation skills,
- You stand out through your autonomy, communication skills and proactivity.
