Your Employer
Our client is one of the leading Swiss partners for omnichannel customer contact. Around 200 employees support customers from SMEs to international corporations - by phone, in writing and via digital channels. The location is in the heart of Zurich, just a few minutes' walk from public transport. The culture is personal and straightforward, the working method digital.
Your Tasks
- You support customers in German and French - by phone, email, WhatsApp and social media
- You independently clarify concerns and bring them to a conclusion, instead of passing them on
- You accurately record enquiries in the system so that the next person on the case immediately knows what it is about
- You recognise recurring problems and report them before they become a pattern
Your Profile
- You speak fluent Swiss German and French. This is the central requirement
- English or Italian are a welcome addition, but not a condition
- Experience in customer contact is an advantage - those who do not have it but are linguistically confident and enjoy working with people will be trained
- You are confident with a PC and quickly find your way around common programmes
- You remain friendly, even when your counterpart is not
