For the construction area D, we are looking for an organizationally strong, forward-looking, and service-oriented personality who effectively relieves the management team and, as the administrative hub of the department, makes an important contribution to smooth operations. In this versatile role, you independently take on administrative, organizational, and coordinative tasks and are a central contact person within the area.
Your tasks
- Support and effective relief of the department management in administrative and organizational matters
- Coordination and completion of administrative and organizational tasks within the department
- Support of employees in administrative matters as well as ensuring a smooth flow of information
- Responsibility for area communication as well as preparation, organization, and follow-up of meetings and documents
- Participation in cross-departmental working groups and in the further development of administrative processes
Your profile
- Commercial training (federal diploma in executive assistance) with several years of professional experience in construction or a similar position
- Strong planning and organizational skills as well as a structured and reliable way of working
- High communication skills, service orientation, and enjoyment in working with different stakeholders
- Independent, responsible, and forward-looking working style
- Teamwork, flexibility, as well as willingness to learn and change
- Good IT user skills and interest in optimizing administrative processes
