- Setup and maintenance of clients, mobile devices, servers, and network components
- Monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting across the entire IT infrastructure
- 1st and 2nd level support within the team
- Participation in IT and digitalisation projects in an international context
- Creating analyses, documentation, instructions, and checklists
- Conducting training and awareness measures in the field of IT security
- Several years of experience in a similar role in the Microsoft environment is essential
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Entra ID, Intune, Defender
- Solid experience with Windows server and client operation
- Structured, reliable, and independent working style
- Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
- Good organisation and prioritisation in a dynamic environment
- Fluent German skills (C2), very good English skills (at least B2); French is an advantage
- Driving licence category B
- High personal responsibility and initiative
- Empathetic in dealing with users and internal stakeholders
- Willingness to learn, open to technology

Responsibilities
- Operation, configuration, and further development of a modern Microsoft 365 environment- Setup and maintenance of clients, mobile devices, servers, and network components
- Monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting across the entire IT infrastructure
- 1st and 2nd level support within the team
- Participation in IT and digitalisation projects in an international context
- Creating analyses, documentation, instructions, and checklists
- Conducting training and awareness measures in the field of IT security
Profile
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ system technology/platform development; additional IT further education HF/FH is an advantage- Several years of experience in a similar role in the Microsoft environment is essential
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Entra ID, Intune, Defender
- Solid experience with Windows server and client operation
- Structured, reliable, and independent working style
- Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
