Real Estate Litigation Manager at 50% (m/f/d)
Your mission
You will be responsible for managing the litigation service for the rental property portfolio in Geneva (residential and commercial) as well as following up on litigation and legal cases in connection with the Geneva office managers based on internal guidelines.
- Rent collection: monitoring payments, reminders, formal notices and negotiating payment arrangements.
- Management of procedures: debt enforcement, cancellations, bankruptcies and evictions, respecting deadlines.
- Legal follow-up: handling disputes, drafting letters and requests, optional participation in hearings.
- Coordination: communication with tenants, authorities, lawyers and the property management service.
- Closure and reporting: follow-up after eviction, management of default of property acts, statistics and regular information to managers.
Your profile
- Proven experience in a litigation service in French-speaking Switzerland
- Knowledge of tenancy law as well as debt enforcement and eviction procedures
- Structured and proactive working method, strong sense of priorities and responsibilities
- Excellent command of French; operational English is an asset
- Comfortable with office tools (Office 365 etc.) and excellent writing skills
- Strong customer orientation, service mindset, interpersonal ease and negotiation skills
