Property Manager Rental and Condominium Ownership (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
- Management and supervision of condominium associations
- Organisation and conduct of owners' meetings, including minute-taking
- Preparation and monitoring of budgets and annual accounts
- Coordination of maintenance and renovation work
- Point of contact for owners, tenants and external service providers
- Maintenance of property and owner databases
- Handling of damage reports and insurance claims
- General administrative tasks and support of the property management team
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial training, ideally with further education in property management or condominium ownership
- Several years of professional experience in condominium management
- Sound knowledge of rental and condominium ownership law
- Confident use of MS Office and common property management software
