As a Desktop Publisher, Polygrapher or Production Specialist, you support the professional implementation of our CURAPROX brand world across various markets, languages, and channels. You prepare print and digital assets precisely, ensure technical quality and visual consistency, and make sure that packaging, POS materials, brochures, digital content, and other brand assets are implemented efficiently, cleanly, and in line with the brand.

Your tasks

Your varied and responsible job revolves mainly around oral health and how, thanks to it, you make the world a better and healthier place.

• You prepare print-ready files for packaging, POS materials, brochures, flyers, trade materials, and other brand assets in various languages and markets, adapt them, and finalise them.
• You perform routine prepress tasks, including file checks, colour settings, formats, layouts, technical specifications, and print data preparation.
• You ensure the visual consistency and technical accuracy of all outputs according to the CURAPROX Brand Guidelines.
• You support the Design & Branding team with production-intensive tasks, adjustments, rollouts, and localisation projects.
• You prepare digital assets for websites, newsletters, campaigns, presentations, social media, and other digital touchpoints and adapt them.
• You coordinate with internal stakeholders such as marketing, product management, content and design teams, as well as with external partners like printers, agencies, and suppliers.
• You manage and maintain digital assets in Frontify and ensure structure, accessibility, consistent naming, version control, and quality.
• You contribute to the continuous improvement of production workflows, templates, asset management processes, and quality standards.
• You take responsibility for precise implementation, clean file structures, and the efficient provision of production assets.

Your profile

Together we want to explore new paths and shape the future of oral health. You bring the appropriate professional qualities and skills.

• You have experience as a Desktop Publisher, Polygrapher, or in a comparable role in print and digital production.
• You have solid knowledge in prepress, print production, print data preparation, layout adaptations, and production workflows.
• You are very proficient in using the Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• You have a keen eye for detail and work very structured, precise, and reliably.
• You are used to carrying out routine production tasks with consistency, efficiency, and care.
• You understand brand guidelines and know how to apply them correctly to print and digital assets.
• You enjoy working with different teams and stakeholders in an international environment.
• You communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written.
• You bring a team-oriented, reliable, and hands-on working style and are motivated to support professional and smooth production processes.
• Experience with Frontify or a comparable digital asset management system is an advantage. You will be trained on the job if necessary.
