To strengthen our teams in Baden, we are looking for a service-oriented personality as

Deputy Branch Manager (80-100%) Baden Station

• Advising our national and international customers with excellent service quality
• Managing and presenting our exquisite Sprüngli products with decorative flair
• Receiving customer orders and preparing them for collection
• Various leadership tasks (organising the daily routine, point of contact for customers and employees, etc.)
• Ordering using MSB5
• Personnel planning in consultation with the branch manager
• Preparing daily and monthly accounts using TAVS

• Completed training in retail (preferably confectionery or food industry)
• Several years of sales experience
• Initial leadership experience
• Fluent German and English skills
• Initiative and ability to work in a team
• Professional appearance and good manners
• Committed personality with style, passion and high quality awareness
• Flexibility regarding working hours (shift work between 5:45 and 21:30 as well as 2 to 3 weekend shifts per month)
