It is currently looking for an HSE Manager responsible for coordinating and developing the HSE policy across all its sites.

Your tasks with your new employer

• You lead and integrate all approaches related to occupational safety, health protection, environment and sustainability across all sites, including fire protection and security aspects
• You supervise and motivate a team of specialists, directly or functionally, promoting skills development and cohesion around common objectives
• You develop management concepts and systems in line with current standards
• You advise, train and support management and supervisors in the practical implementation of safety, health and environmental objectives
• You organise and manage emergency situations such as environmental incidents, personal accidents and security issues
• You lead cross-functional projects related to your area of expertise, from design to operational deployment

You offer your new employer

• You have a higher technical education at engineer level or equivalent, ideally enhanced by a specialisation in occupational safety
• You have proven experience in team management within an industrial company
• You possess in-depth knowledge of security, fire protection, ISO 14001 standards and MSST directives, as well as ease with chemical tools
• You are a rigorous and autonomous personality, with natural leadership, excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility
