We act as ONE team for the success of SRG. Together with other departments, Finance is responsible for strategic management, targeted allocation of resources, and creating transparency for sustainable decisions.
As part of the company-wide strategy and organisational development process "Enavant", you have the opportunity to actively help shape the future design of strategic project and investment controlling.
Project and Investment Controller with a Focus on Strategic Projects
This is your contribution
As a Project and Investment Controller, you ensure transparent, efficient, and strategy-compliant management of investments and projects (especially technology, real estate, and transformation projects) within SRG. You support the executive management in well-founded investment decisions and prioritise in the spirit of the public service.
- Financial management of SRG's strategic project and initiative portfolio
- Ensuring the financial alignment of projects and investments with the corporate strategy and integration into the medium-term planning process
- Responsibility for the overall financial perspective and support of large (framework) projects such as strategic real estate location developments with multiple sub-projects
- Budget planning, forecasting combined with the creation of meaningful management reporting as well as well-founded business cases and profitability analyses
- Monitoring the financial implementation of strategic projects and initiatives in close coordination with the project portfolio management of corporate development and the departments (real estate, operations)
- Development and ensuring compliance with investment guidelines and standards

This is what excites us about you
- You are an experienced specialist with strong analytical and conceptual skills and hold a university degree in Finance/Controlling or equivalent, as well as several years of professional experience in strategic controlling, project and investment controlling, or financial management of complex projects and portfolios
- You think strategically, in a networked manner, and are able to prepare complex content appropriately for the target audience
- You work solution-oriented, cooperatively, and are confident in dialogue with executive management members and stakeholders
- Expertise in project and investment controlling, financial governance, and in developing business cases and profitability analyses
- Very good data and BI skills (Excel, planning tools, data models, scenario logics)
- Very good knowledge of German and French, Italian is an advantage
