Do you enjoy combining technical skills, autonomy, and customer contact? In this exciting role, you will ensure the modernisation and evolution of our automatic door and gate installations so that they meet the latest technological standards. You will manage your projects with rigour, quality, and a sense of service. Additionally, you will occasionally support our service team in the field to guarantee optimal assistance to our customers.
What awaits you:
- You independently carry out the assembly and commissioning of upgrades and modernisation kits on automatic doors and gates.
- You ensure the completion of modernisation projects at our customers’ premises with professionalism, respecting deadlines and the highest quality standards.
- You provide occasional support to our service teams by participating in maintenance operations to guarantee optimal service to our customers.
- You operate throughout French-speaking Switzerland, with great autonomy and direct contact with our clientele.
- Thanks to your professionalism, sense of service, and solution-oriented approach, you actively contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty and become a true ambassador of our company in the field.
Your profile:
- Essential: You have a solid technical education in electrical engineering, mechanics, mechatronics, or a similar field, complemented by practical field experience.
- Autonomous, organised, and with a strong sense of responsibility, you enjoy tackling technical challenges and delivering quality work.
- Customer-oriented and with an excellent sense of service, you appreciate human contact and know how to establish lasting trustful relationships.
- Based in the Lausanne, Montreux, and Fribourg triangle region, you are mobile and appreciate regular travel as well as interventions directly at our customers’ sites.
- You hold a category B driving licence.
- You communicate fluently in French.
