Demand / Supply / S&OP Planner

In our dynamic environment, you can fully utilise your analytical skills and, as a Demand Planner, take on the forward-looking sales planning of our assortments across various sales channels, right up to forecasting our ultra-fresh products on a daily basis. The core of your role is to maximise the balance between customer satisfaction and the avoidance of food waste. For this, you will be in close contact with our sales and supply chain teams.

We also welcome career changers from the fields of Supply or S&OP Planning.

Your tasks

• Create, review and adjust the rolling demand forecast for a defined segment
• Plan and support promotional, seasonal and event quantities using the forecasting system
• Plan product listings and delistings
• Evaluate and analyse KPIs
• Proactively drive sustainable and digital optimisation measures in sales planning and forecasting
• Take on individual task packages in the S&OP process and support projects

Your profile

• Commercial-technical or business administration background with solid professional experience in demand forecasting and/or production planning
• Knowledge of ERP or planning systems and a good understanding of the end-to-end supply chain process
• With your analytical skills and high attention to detail, you love analysing data
• Thanks to your strong problem-solving skills, you proactively engage with your internal and external contacts to achieve common goals
• You find further development in the S&OP area, especially with increased use of AI, exciting
• French language skills are an advantage
