You will
- as the first point of contact, competently advise our customers by phone and video on the topics of payments, savings, pensions and digital banking
- welcome customers from our branches via video consultation and offer them a personal and professional advisory experience
- recognise the needs of our customers and recommend suitable products and services
- build trust with your empathetic, communicative and open manner and thus contribute to high customer satisfaction.
You bring
- a completed basic education in the service sector
- excellent spoken German skills as well as conversational French skills
- enjoyment in contact with people as well as in advising and selling by phone and video – ideally complemented by initial professional experience in this area
- team spirit, openness to change and the willingness to feel comfortable in a dynamic working environment with shift planning
- the ability to respond to the different needs of our customers and to keep an overview even in demanding situations
