Your Profile
Your profile:
- Ideally completed vocational training in the commercial sector or hospitality
- Independent working style, flexible, resilient, and a team player
- MS Office experience, ideally Protel experience
- You love direct customer contact
- Fluent communication skills in German and English
Your Tasks
Your tasks:
Be the friendly face of our sports hotel and help make unforgettable stays possible for our guests.
Together with the reception team, you ensure smooth operations at the front desk, manage the reservation systems as well as the online portals, and are responsible for various administrative tasks.
