Dive into the world of clinical patient management and actively shape the quality of central support processes in the hospital as an SAP specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the support and further development of SAP specialised applications in the area of patient management. You ensure stable, efficient processes and contribute to the smooth functioning of internal procedures. Together with partners from the specialist departments, you analyse requirements, optimise existing solutions and accompany adjustments through to successful implementation. You use your SAP expertise to realise practical, sustainable solutions for everyday clinical practice.
Responsibilities:
You manage central SAP processes in the healthcare environment and ensure their reliable further development.
You analyse professional needs, coordinate adjustments and accompany changes from the idea to productive implementation.
You manage updates, maintenance windows and external specialists, ensuring smooth collaboration.
You monitor the connection of medical subsystems and develop data and integration concepts around the SAP landscape.
You support users and departments with disruptions, optimisations and technical queries and actively contribute to improvements.
Qualifications:
You have several years of experience as an SAP Business Analyst, Application Specialist or Key User.
You are familiar with SAP Healthcare, especially patient administration and master data processes; experience with modern S/4HANA solutions is welcome.
Ideally, you have practical experience with SQL, SAP evaluations, debugging or comparable technical analysis tools.
You understand clinical processes and preferably have experience with Swiss billing and tariffing procedures.
You communicate confidently in German and French and convince through empathy, initiative and willingness for occasional on-call duties.
