Experienced AI Full-Stack Engineer (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF125,000 - 145,000Role:
In this role as an experienced AI Full-Stack Engineer, you actively shape modern, intelligent applications from the idea to productive deployment. You take responsibility for the design, implementation, and integration of AI solutions into scalable full-stack architectures. You analyse complex requirements, translate them into clean technical concepts, and implement them with high code quality. Additionally, you evaluate new technologies, contribute best practices, and drive continuous improvements of existing systems. With your view of the overall system, you connect robust backend services with compelling frontend experiences, thereby creating sustainable added value.
Responsibilities:
- You develop customised software solutions as a full-stack engineer in complex, large customer projects.
- In this role, you use modern technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and TypeScript across the entire stack.
- You design microservices architectures in cloud environments and ensure high software quality with CI/CD, test automation, and security concepts.
- As an experienced AI Full-Stack Engineer, you purposefully use AI tools in projects and consistently expand their application.
- You competently advise customers on AI solutions and accompany them from idea to implementation in demanding corporate environments.
- In this role, you take responsibility in agile teams, communicate confidently with stakeholders, and significantly shape the technical architecture.
Qualifications:
- Completed education in computer science (university, ETH, FH or HF).
- At least 8 years of experience as a full-stack developer in large, complex software projects with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Solid know-how in microservices architectures, cloud environments (AWS, Azure or GCP) as well as Kubernetes and Docker.
- Confident handling of modern development practices such as Agile (Scrum/SAFe), CI/CD, Git, Jira and Confluence, as well as solid knowledge of Clean Code, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Experience in test automation, code quality and security (e.g. OAuth2, OpenID Connect, GDPR) as well as strong communication skills and professional appearance even in corporate environments.
- Very good German skills at native level or at least C1 and a strong interest in the use of AI tools including consulting and implementation of AI solutions for customers.
