Your Role
As AI Program and Product Manager at Bank J. Safra Sarasin, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products within the Bank's newly established AI Center for Excellence (CoE). You will translate the Bank's AI strategic vision into a concrete, prioritized roadmap of AI initiatives. Your mission is to bridge the gap between complex engineering capabilities and business value, ensuring that every AI solution we deploy generates business impact and is compliant. You will lead cross-functional squads to deliver scalable, AI-first capabilities that enhance both client experience and operational efficiency.
Your Responsibilities
- Define and manage the AI product portfolio, utilizing Value Engineering to prioritize use cases based on ROI, business impact, and technical feasibility
- Act as the primary interface between Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Business teams to align stakeholders and accelerate decision-making
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI programs (Generative AI, intelligent automation, chatbots) using Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies
- Ensure all AI products adhere to strict data privacy and security standards, managing the risk profile of AI deployments in a private banking context
- Oversee the full product lifecycle from discovery and prototyping to production, monitoring KPIs, OKRs, and internal/external user satisfaction metrics post-launch
- Drive the adoption of AI tools across the bank, training non-technical stakeholders and translating technical AI metrics into business outcomes
- Collaborate with external technology partners and internal procurement to evaluate and integrate third-party AI platforms and LLM providers
Your Profile
- University degree in Business, Information Technology, or Engineering; MBA or advanced degree in a technical field is highly preferred
- At least 10 years of experience in IT Program/Product Management, with at least 3-5 years focused on AI/ML, Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), or Digital Transformation projects
- Strong expertise in stakeholder engagement
- Exceptional executive communication skills; ability to influence C-level stakeholders and lead technical teams
- Fluency in English; other languages are an advantage
