If you are looking for variety, you will find it in a generalist IT role. That is exactly what awaits you here. You will support clients, servers, networks, and mobile devices equally. You will assist colleagues from the specialist departments directly and solution-oriented. You will accompany projects from implementation to user training. Cloud, digitalisation, and security shape the further development.
Responsibilities:
You support workplace systems, peripherals, mobile devices, servers, and network components including software and interfaces
You advise and support the specialist departments in first-level support
You implement IT projects and accompany introduction and training
You drive forward the digitalisation and cloud strategy
You continuously strengthen IT security
Additionally, you supervise IT apprentices
Qualifications:
You have training as an IT specialist EFZ or a comparable technical qualification
You are very familiar with the Microsoft environment as well as server, virtualisation, and network technology
You are a generalist and appreciate a broad, varied range of tasks
You work independently, committed, and reliably
You learn quickly and familiarise yourself promptly with new topics
You are helpful, communicative, and have a very good command of German and English
