• As an HR Business Partner, you will support our Retail Business Switzerland and be the first point of contact for our Regional Managers, Store Managers, and employees in our branches
• You support managers in all HR matters along the employee lifecycle - from recruitment and onboarding through talent development to performance management and succession planning
• You accompany managers on personnel and organisational issues and advise them competently on labour law and personnel-related topics
• You work closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Services, Payroll, and Learning & Development departments to ensure efficient implementation of all HR-relevant matters
• You assist with labour law questions, absence management, and the implementation of HR initiatives in the branches
• You accompany change processes and support the further development of our managers and teams
• You actively contribute your own ideas to continuously develop our HR processes and the employee experience in the retail environment
• Your focus is on supporting our Retail Business Switzerland. Additionally, you support international retail markets with selected HR initiatives, projects, and operational issues as needed

• You have a solid education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - ideally complemented by further training in HR management
• You have several years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a dynamic retail, hospitality, or service environment
• You bring sound knowledge of Swiss labour law and feel comfortable in an operational and at the same time strategic environment
• You work independently, pragmatically, and solution-oriented and keep an overview even in a fast-paced environment
• You convince with your open, empathetic, and trustworthy personality as well as your strong consulting competence
• You are digitally savvy and have experience with HR systems as well as an interest in process optimisation and HR digitalisation
• You speak fluent German and French and have very good English skills. Italian language skills are an advantage
