Your area of responsibility

• You independently conduct medical consultations for patients with obesity and accompany them along conservative and operative therapy pathways
• You lead the outpatient clinic at the Sursee site and take on responsibility as site manager for the organisational and professional development of the obesity centre on site
• You work closely with an interdisciplinary team and contribute to a coordinated, sustainable care of our patients
• You bring in your own ideas, further develop processes and services, and maintain professional exchange within the Central Switzerland Obesity Centre with the locations Lucerne and Stans

Your experience

• You preferably have a completed specialist title in General Internal Medicine or Endocrinology or the subspecialty title Visceral Surgery and are interested in the disease pattern of obesity
• You enjoy leadership tasks as well as organisational responsibility and want to actively shape an outpatient site
• You appreciate interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration, communicate clearly and reliably, and like to network with various professional groups
• You approach patients with empathy, work in a structured manner and keep an overview even in a dynamic outpatient environment
