Join the Claims sector, within the Complex Claims team, and actively contribute to the development of Zurich Switzerland.

As a specialist in complex Property and Liability claims, you play a key role in analysing, managing, and settling complex cases. You assess insurance coverages, coordinate exchanges with internal and external stakeholders, and find suitable solutions. Through your expertise and service mindset, you directly contribute to our clients’ satisfaction.

Your responsibilities

• Management and settlement of complex "Property and Liability" claims files for private and corporate insurance
• Analysis of claims and determination of applicable coverages
• Transparent and effective communication with clients throughout the claims process
• Negotiation with lawyers, injured parties, other insurers, and other concerned parties
• Handling and implementation of recourse actions

Your profile

• Commercial apprenticeship certificate (CFC) or equivalent training
• At least five years of experience in managing Property and Liability claims, as a claims handler or claims inspector
• Strong client orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, and very good writing abilities
• Autonomy, flexibility, and team spirit
• Excellent command of French; knowledge of another national language is an asset
