Head of R&D Electronics (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF130,000 - 140,000Rocken® is looking for technically skilled specialists in electronics
and electrical engineering in the following professional groups: Automation / Switchgear, Electronics Technician, Embedded
Development, Electronics / Electrical Engineering Development Engineer, Hardware
/ Software Development, Electronics Product Manager, Electronics Project Manager, PLC / SPS Programming as well as Electronics Service Technician.

Responsibilities:
- Leadership and strategic direction of the R&D team for hardware electronics
- Planning and coordination of research and development projects
- Responsibility for adherence to schedules and budgets
- Promotion of an innovation culture and development of new technologies and products
- Personnel management, development and coaching of team members
- Close collaboration with other departments to support product development
Qualifications:
- Completed degree in electrical engineering, electronics or a related field
- Several years of experience in hardware electronics development
- Proven experience in team leadership
- Solid knowledge in product development and project management
- Strong communication skills and team orientation
- Fluent German and English skills
