Role:
In this role, you actively shape the operation of modern cloud and managed services environments and bring your strong motivation for future-oriented technologies. You are responsible for the stable, secure, and efficient operation of cloud platforms and ensure that services are reliably and performantly available. You continuously analyse and optimise existing solutions to advance quality, automation, and scalability. You work closely with other technical specialists to implement complex requirements and develop sustainable solutions. At the same time, you take advantage of various opportunities for continuous training to deepen and expand your expertise in the cloud environment.
Responsibilities:
You manage Windows server systems, applications, and cloud environments with a focus on Azure, Microsoft 365, and security
In technical challenges, you analyse errors, develop solutions, and support the optimisation and automation of processes
Together with the team, you monitor IT systems and perform maintenance at customers’ sites
You contribute your knowledge in network topics such as VPN, SD-WAN, wireless, and firewalls
Qualifications:
You have training as an IT specialist EFZ (system technology / application development) or a comparable qualification
You bring experience with Windows server environments, Azure, Microsoft 365, and networks
Basic knowledge of PowerShell or scripting languages is an advantage
German language skills in spoken and written form as well as English skills complete your profile
