Automotive Mechanic M/F/D

Do you have the soul of an automotive expert and solving complex breakdowns is what motivates you daily? On behalf of our client, a garage located in the Lausanne region, we are looking for a passionate Automotive Mechanic to start as soon as possible!

Your daily tasks in the workshop:

• Analysis and diagnosis: You track down and resolve faults (electrical, mechanical and electronic) using multi-brand testers and diagnostic tools.

• Mechanical repairs: You handle both routine interventions and major work (timing belts, brakes, clutches, gearboxes, wheel alignment and running gear).

• Services and maintenance: You ensure regular vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, emission tests and full servicing.

• Expertise management: You rigorously prepare vehicles to ensure their approval during the inspection at the Vehicle Service (SAN).

The profile we are looking for:

• Training: You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as an automotive maintenance mechanic, mechatronics technician, or an equivalent certification.

• Experience: You have solid practical experience gained in a garage or workshop in Switzerland.

• Personal qualities: Independent in your work but with a strong team spirit, you are recognised for your precision and professional conscientiousness.

• Mobility: You hold a valid driving licence.
