IT System Engineer - Microsoft Technologies (m/f/d)

Role:
In this role, you design modern IT infrastructures that are flexible, reliable, and cost-efficient. You are responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining system environments on-premise, in the cloud, and in hybrid scenarios. You ensure that demanding IT landscapes remain stable, performant, and available around the clock. You analyse existing environments, optimise processes, and purposefully implement technical innovations. Through your structured approach and high service orientation, you contribute significantly to ensuring that IT infrastructures are future-proof in the long term.
Responsibilities:
You continuously maintain and develop customer environments and ensure reliable IT operations
With your expertise, you install and maintain IT solutions based on Microsoft Windows (Server/Client), Microsoft 365, VDI systems (Citrix/Horizon/RDS) as well as Sophos Firewall
You perform regular maintenance and support the service desk in 3rd level support with complex technical challenges
You actively participate in exciting IT projects and contribute your ideas to optimise our solutions
Qualifications:
You have completed an IT education and have several years of experience in system engineering.
Your analytical skills help you to solve complex IT problems in a structured way and develop sustainable solutions
Sound knowledge of Microsoft technologies, VDI systems, and IT infrastructures distinguishes you
Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form complete your profile
