What you will do
- Preparation of the salad buffet and production of the daily desserts
- Operating the till, guest service and arranging plates at the buffet
- Ensuring the required mise-en-place for the lunch service
- Compliance with and implementation of ISO and HACCP guidelines
- Assistance in the dishwashing area, general tidying and cleaning tasks
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a restaurant specialist
- At least three years of experience in contract catering
- Valid driving licence category B and own vehicle
- German level C1-C2: competent language use, English skills B1-B2: independent language use
- Communicative and open personality with enjoyment in guest contact
- Quick comprehension, independent, team-oriented and flexible
