- Analysis of business requirements and support in developing appropriate solutions
- User support and assistance
- Preparation of documentation, test cases and training materials
- Involvement in process optimisation and further development of existing customer solutions
- At least three years of professional experience in a similar position (consulting or business informatics)
- Extensive know-how in IT and business processes
- Experience with ERP systems
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with customers
- Fluent German skills (C2) and very good English skills (at least B2), French skills a great advantage
- Possession of a category B driving licence

Tasks
- Participation in the implementation and configuration of ERP modules (e.g. finance, human resources, time management)- Analysis of business requirements and support in developing appropriate solutions
- User support and assistance
- Preparation of documentation, test cases and training materials

Profile
- Completed IT or business informatics degree (FH, university, ETH)- At least three years of professional experience in a similar position (consulting or business informatics)
- Extensive know-how in IT and business processes
- Experience with ERP systems

- Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with customers
