ZurichYour Tasks
- You take on the cross-location professional, personnel and financial responsibility and operational implementation of the pilot project «Supported Living in Regular Housing» with the different locations.
- You ensure target group-oriented support and care of the residents accommodated in the different locations.
- Responsibility for resource and budget planning including professional and personnel management.
- You continuously develop, implement and optimise operational processes, concepts and quality standards.
- You support the monitoring and evaluation of the pilot project and prepare the corresponding reports.
- You ensure effective interdisciplinary collaboration between care, social counselling, psychosocial services as well as internal and external stakeholders.
Your Profile
- Bachelor in Social Work, comparable university degree or higher technical school in the social field; leadership training (CAS level) or willingness to complete it
- Several years of leadership or project experience, preferably in the asylum, social or integration sector
- Very good German skills (at least level C1), as well as advanced MS Office skills
- Strong understanding of interdisciplinary interfaces as well as experience in the development, implementation and further development of pilot projects.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, high social and communication skills as well as a structured, solution-oriented and responsible way of working; you keep a cool head and act professionally even in demanding situations

Your Salary
Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 100,000 and 125,000 Swiss francs per year.
The exact salary depends on your education and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may be classified below the salary range in individual cases. Additionally, AOZ pays allowances for work at night and on Sundays. Further salary development depends on your performance and AOZ's financial possibilities.
