Financial Controller (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and analysing the company’s financial performance
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Budgeting and forecasting in close cooperation with the specialist departments
- Financial reporting and presentation of results to top management
- Identifying cost-saving potentials and optimising financial processes
- Analysing business data and recommending measures to increase profitability
- Supporting tax and compliance matters
Qualifications:
- Completed studies in business administration, finance, or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in finance or controlling
- In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and tax laws in Switzerland
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent Excel skills and experience with financial software
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex financial information clearly
- Very good German, English desired
