Location: Canton of Vaud Department: Production Reporting to: Production Manager Contract type: Full-time

Your responsibilities

• Assemble fuel cells and system components (mechanical, electrical and pneumatic) according to work instructions and technical drawings.
• Use hand tools, torque wrenches and precision assembly equipment in a controlled production environment.
• Handle sensitive components carefully to ensure the quality and reliability of the final product.
• Perform visual and functional tests to ensure product compliance and quality.
• Accurately record production and test data to ensure traceability.
• Report deviations, defects or process issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised workstation according to 5S principles.

Your profile

• Federal VET Diploma in electronics, mechanics or mechatronics, or equivalent technical qualification.
• Experience in precision assembly of electromechanical systems in a controlled production environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions.
• Manual dexterity, precision and great attention to detail.
• Practical knowledge of electrical and pneumatic systems; experience with fuel cells is an advantage.
• Experience in welding is an asset.
• Team spirit, quality orientation and safety awareness.
• Valid work permit in Switzerland.
