CNC Screw Machinist M/F/D

Are you passionate about high-precision mechanics and is setting up screw machines second nature to you? To support the development of one of our partners, we are looking for a qualified CNC Screw Machinist.

Your playground:

• Setup & Start-up: You ensure the preparation, adjustment, and start-up of CNC screw machines (Types Citizen, Tornos, Star).

• Programming & Optimisation: You create and adjust machining programmes directly on the numerical controls to optimise cycle times and quality.

• Production Monitoring: You oversee the smooth running of series production of complex parts and make necessary tool corrections.

• Quality Control: You carry out dimensional and aesthetic checks of parts using appropriate measuring instruments, respecting micro-mechanical tolerances.

• Maintenance: You ensure first-level maintenance of your machine park and the cleanliness of your workstation.

• Training: You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a screw machinist, polymechanic, precision mechanic, or equivalent training.

• Experience: You have at least 2 to 3 years of successful experience in a similar position.

• Technical Skills: You master reading complex plans, handling control devices, and common numerical controls.

• Personality: You are rigorous, meticulous, autonomous, and have a good team spirit.

• Mobility & Hours: You are open to shift work (2x8) and ideally hold a valid driving licence.
