Would you like to run your own paediatric practice and shape your professional future independently?
For an established and economically successful paediatric practice in the canton of Basel-Landschaft, directly on the city border to Basel, we are looking for a specialist in paediatrics as a practice successor.
The practice can be taken over either directly or gradually within two to three years. In the case of a gradual takeover, you initially join as a partner and benefit from a supported transition phase with the current practice owner. A binding practice takeover agreement creates clear framework conditions and planning security from the outset.

Your Tasks
Our Requirements
- You hold a specialist title in paediatrics or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland.
- You work clinically confidently and place value on personal, continuous care of children, adolescents, and their families.
- You bring entrepreneurial interest, a sense of responsibility, and a clear desire to run your own practice in the long term.
- Very good German language skills as well as binding and appreciative communication complete your profile.
- Experience in a paediatric practice is welcome.
- Also addressed are specialists from the clinical environment who wish to take the step into self-employment.
