Cyber Security Consultant - Risk & Compliance (m/f/d)

Role:
In this role, you advise companies on the development and implementation of holistic cyber security strategies and support them in securing complex IT infrastructures. You develop security concepts on a technical and architectural level, accompany the integration of modern cyber technologies, and actively shape security policies, processes, and effective countermeasures. Together with your team, you identify vulnerabilities and strategic risks in existing or planned technical solutions, bringing in your experience from cyber security consulting or the audit environment. You use your solid knowledge of relevant security standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, or BSI IT-Grundschutz, work in a structured manner, and think analytically. You can expect varied projects with tangible impact, flexible working models, continuous training, and an environment that offers you a lot of personal responsibility and scope for design.
Responsibilities:
You advise clients on the development and implementation of cyber security management systems and support the improvement of their security strategy
With your expertise, you analyse IT infrastructures and develop appropriate technical security concepts
You contribute to the integration of modern cyber security technologies as well as to innovative projects and solutions
In doing so, you translate business requirements into sustainable security architectures and advise clients in a solution-oriented manner.
Qualifications:
You have a degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable education (university/federal institute of technology/college) as well as ideally a MAS in information security
You already have several years of experience in cyber security consulting or the audit environment
You are familiar with relevant security frameworks and standards such as ISO/IEC 27001/2, NIST, CIS Controls or BSI IT-Grundschutz
Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills complete your profile
