A leading industrial company offers you the opportunity to apply your expertise in the payroll sector in a modern and dynamic environment. To strengthen the payroll team, we are looking on behalf of our client for a committed and reliable specialist. In this versatile position, you will take over the payroll processing for several companies, maintain and update personnel master data, prepare social security statements, and contribute significantly to the efficient and smooth handling of all payroll processes.
- Maintenance of personnel and salary data as well as processing of changes
- Contact person for employees and managers on questions regarding salary, social security, and taxes
- Handling social security matters and processing accident and sickness notifications
- Participation in internal projects for process optimisation and automation in HR and payroll
- Collaboration with external trustees, auditing firms, and social security institutions
- Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting, preferably in an internationally active company
- Sound knowledge of social security and tax law as well as HR processes
- Proficient language skills in German and English, both spoken and written
- Experience with payroll and HR systems, ideally SAP
- Analytical thinking, structured working method, and strong problem-solving skills
- Five weeks’ holiday, six weeks from age 51

- Contact person for employees and managers on questions regarding salary, social security, and taxes
- Handling social security matters and processing accident and sickness notifications
- Participation in internal projects for process optimisation and automation in HR and payroll
- Collaboration with external trustees, auditing firms, and social security institutions
Profile
- Completed commercial training with further education in payroll, HR administration, or social security- Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting, preferably in an internationally active company
- Sound knowledge of social security and tax law as well as HR processes
- Proficient language skills in German and English, both spoken and written
- Experience with payroll and HR systems, ideally SAP
- Analytical thinking, structured working method, and strong problem-solving skills
