Customer Care Specialist (m/f/d)

For an internationally leading, renowned industrial and service company with a modern location in the Ebikon (LU) region, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for motivated and service-oriented individuals as Customer Care & Contact Center Specialist with good French and/or Italian skills.

Your Tasks

• Customer advice & support (inbound): Professional, friendly reception and processing of telephone enquiries and fault reports from customers
• Coordination & scheduling: Triage, recording and forwarding of technical service and repair orders as well as alarm messages to the service technicians
• Administrative processing: Documentation of all customer contacts in internal systems (SAP/CRM), sending of documents as well as processing of changes (e.g. address changes, invoice copies, payment modalities)
• Quality assurance: Compliance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLA) and ensuring first-class customer satisfaction

Your Profile

• Training & experience: Completed commercial basic training (KV) or experience in customer service / call centre, career changers with great enthusiasm for telephone customer contact are warmly welcome!
• Working hours: Willingness for flexible shift work between 07:00 and 20:00 (including occasional weekend shifts; no night shifts, no on-call duty)
• Language skills: Fluent German combined with very good Italian and/or French skills; English skills are an advantage
• IT affinity: Proficient use of MS Office; knowledge of SAP or Salesforce is a plus
• Personality: Strong communication skills, solution-oriented working style and resilience in hectic situations
