For an established and modern Spitex organisation in the Zürcher Unterland region, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed certified nurse HF/FH to strengthen the team.

Your Tasks
- Independent execution of nursing and care assignments in the home environment
- Responsibility for the entire nursing process (assessment, planning, evaluation)
- Case management for assigned clients
- Proper electronic nursing documentation and service recording
- Close collaboration with relatives, doctors, and other specialist agencies
- Participation in quality assurance and further development of nursing processes
Our Requirements
- Completed training as a certified nurse HF/FH
- or foreign diploma recognised by the SRK
- Experience in the Spitex sector is an advantage
- High degree of independence and organisational skills
- Empathetic, responsible, and service-oriented personality
- Driving licence category B
