Your Tasks
- During the night hours, you take on the responsible care and loving support of people with mental and physical impairments.
- You ensure comprehensive and individual nursing care that is precisely tailored to the needs of the residents.
- In close collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, you ensure holistic and needs-based care that meets high quality standards.
- With your professional commitment, you guarantee a safe, respectful, and supportive stay for all residents during the night.
Our Requirements
- You have successfully completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ, which forms your professional foundation.
- Your strong teamwork skills enable you to collaborate constructively and cooperatively within the team.
- Independent and careful work are among your special qualities, as well as your high motivation and commitment.
- With your dedicated effort, you sustainably strengthen the team and contribute significantly to shared success.
