Your new job

• You check customer documents and forms for compliance with internal bank guidelines – from account opening in the branch to online opening.
• You advise and support our customer advisors helpfully and competently on professional, organisational and technical questions.
• You monitor compliance with all requirements using our internal control system and ensure it.
• You assess complex topics such as partnerships and legal entities and maintain the corresponding data in our banking system.
• In addition, you check, record and update powers of attorney, actively contribute to digitisation projects and share your knowledge within the team.

What we benefit from

• Completed banking apprenticeship, advanced professional training (HF, federal specialist certificate) or business studies.
• Two or more years of practical experience in the banking environment as well as interest in compliance topics such as VSB, AIA and FATCA.
