Medical Secretary / Dispatcher Dizziness Centre 60%
from 1 September 2026 or by arrangement
Your main tasks
- Scheduling, planning and coordination of complex outpatient appointments in the Interdisciplinary Dizziness Centre (Clinic for ENT, Clinic for Neurology, Eye Clinic and Physiotherapy) for two locations
- Planning of inpatient consultations
- Telephone and personal patient contact
- Sending patient summons
- Ensuring optimal utilisation of rooms and resources at the two locations of the Dizziness Centre
- General secretarial duties
- Occasional writing of medical reports, insurance reports and expert opinions from dictation
Your profile
- Medical or commercial basic training with further training as a medical secretary and at least two years of professional experience in a hospital / medical practice
- Skill in handling complex appointment scheduling, quick comprehension and precise working method, even in hectic times
- Independent and responsible working, mutual cover within the team
- Very good MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote), experience with KISIM is an advantage
- Confident German in spoken and written form, foreign language skills are an advantage
- Enjoyment in working with people as well as a strong service orientation
