Property Manager Zurich 80-100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF70,000 - 100,000Role:

Responsibilities:
- Responsible management of a portfolio of properties
- Care and coordination of rental properties including letting and tenant changes
- Conducting property viewings and preparing rental contracts
- Budget planning and cost control
- Interface function with owners, tenants and service providers
Qualifications:
- Qualification as a property management clerk advantageous
- Several years of professional experience in property management
- Good knowledge of tenancy law and contract management
- Strong communication skills and pronounced negotiation skills
