An exciting leadership role awaits you: You will lead an 18-bed department with an infectiology focus and a broad internal medicine and angiological patient spectrum. Together with your team, you ensure high-quality and patient-centred care.

Department Head Nursing Infectiology/Internal Medicine/Angiology 80-100%
from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement
Your main tasks
- Ensure nursing quality: Together with the Shared Governance team, you create the framework conditions for high-quality, holistic and patient-oriented nursing.
- Develop the team: You lead a committed team of around 30 employees according to modern leadership principles and support them in their professional, personal and social development.
- Manage resources: You plan and coordinate personnel, material and infrastructural resources for safe and efficient patient care.
- Shape processes: You further develop workflows and organisational structures in the sense of contemporary nursing and the primary nursing concept.
- Collaborate interdisciplinarily: You work closely and on an equal footing with the medical service, therapies, hospitality and other interfaces.
Your profile
- Qualified nurse HF or FH with completed management training or interest in an MAS with a focus on leadership
- Several years of leadership experience and enthusiasm for actively shaping a value- and people-oriented leadership culture
- Ability to inspire, sense of responsibility and enjoyment in working with people
- Strong communication skills, integrity and the ability to promote respectful and supportive interaction
- High service orientation and commitment to the best possible patient care
