Property Manager 80-100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 115,000Role:
Are you looking for a new challenge as a property manager (m/f/d) and want to apply your skills in a dynamic environment? Our partner offers you the opportunity to manage and further develop a diverse property portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Independent management of residential and commercial properties
- Contract management including viewings, inspections and handovers of rental properties
- Ensuring property maintenance
- Contact person for owners, tenants, craftsmen, caretakers, etc.
- Preparation and monitoring of budgets as well as service charge statements
- Planning and coordination of maintenance measures and renovations
- Support in optimising administrative processes and implementing digitalisation solutions
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial basic training
- Property manager with a federal diploma (advantageous) or several years of professional experience in property management
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
- Independent, precise working style combined with a quick grasp
- Resilience, assertiveness and independence
- Enjoyment in contact with customers, tenants, craftsmen and caretakers
- Knowledge of the property software ImmoTop2 is an advantage
- Driving licence category B
